Evening Update May 4th - Legal Q & A

Earlier today I told you how NECA cannot advise you about the terms and conditions of your PPP loan. That’s still technically true, but we can provide you some general resources. We’ve been fielding a lot of questions about this loan program so I’m pleased to see that NECA National has issued an updated Q&A about PPP Loan forgiveness. As a reminder, we also posted the first guide on this subject previously and it is still a valuable resource as it covers a wider array of topics.
