Instructors: Nancy Lindsay - Director of Strategic Contractor Sales, Thomas & Betts, and Andrew Wall - Vice President of Marketing, ABB Distribution Solutions  

In this half-day course, Nancy and Andrew will discuss techniques and “soft skills” to provide top-quality service to grow your business. Topics to be covered include:

-Building, maintaining and growing a service organization
-Service as both a value-added business component and a state of mind  
-Importance of communication for executing service work as well as growing the service business, client retention and increased sales
-Best practices with service teams as well as potential pitfalls to avoid

Target audience: Service truck drivers, service managers, and any employees or company principals who engage with customers

Interactive whiteboard remote-in: Members will have the option to remote-in via the installed interactive whiteboard at your local JATC for this class. Please indicate in the comments whether you will attend at your local JATC or at the Indianapolis JATC.

Cancellation policy: Firms or individuals who cancel their registrations less than 3 days prior to the course will be invoiced for the full registration fee.
